Terrible staff. Just hanging around on their phone. Not to mention the owner. Call at your leisure and leave the customer standing at the counter... Or have a conversation with an employee about the vomiting weekend you had... While customers wait to pay. No good morning or afternoon. They look as if they want to go home again ASAP. Scratching posts that cost 45 euros while the same one is available at Action for 2.99 🤡 Lots of dead fish in your tanks... Beta fish with fin rot...WAY TO GO!
